Chicken Tikka Masala a la Anupma!

This Jamie Oliver recipe is quite similar to what I do. There are 2 variations-

1. While marinating I also add 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Chicken tikka masala which is available in asian stores

2. While cooking, I dont add coconut milk, I replace it with  500 grams of yogurt and one cup sahne (heavy cream).  

2. When I don't have a bbq, I cook the chicken in the oven. That can be a bit drying so I have to add butter, about 3-4 tablespoons for 500 grams of chicken. After placing the skewers of chicken in a baking dish, I drizzle over the melted butter and cook it on a low flame. About 15-20 mins at 150 degrees. But I'm not entirely certain about the time, because I check it oftne while its in the oven to make sure its cooked just right.
